Yoghurt Banana Pops


  • 2 bananas
  • 4 ice cream sticks
  • 200g reduced fat yoghurt
  • ¼ cup finely chopped nuts

Serves 4


  • Peel the bananas and cut bananas into half and insert an ice-cream stick half the way into each one.
  • Dip the bananas in reduced fat yoghurt and make sure it is evenly covered.
  • Roll in finely chopped nuts.
  • Place the coated bananas on wax paper, put on a tray in the freezer until frozen (about an hour).
